"Catch Me (I'm Falling)" is the dance club song by the band Pretty Poison released in 1987. It was hugely popular in dance clubs during the late 80's. It was the band's biggest hit single, hitting number one on the Billboard Hot Dance Club Play chart in 1987, and number eight on the Billboard Hot 100 chart, remaing in the top forty for fourteen weeks. The song went gold in 1989, selling more than 500,000 albums.

The beautiful and talented vocalist Jade Starling and Whey Cooler co-formed the five-piece dance band in the early 80s. The band also features guitarist Lou Franco and drummer Bobby Corea (Coolers younger brother). They recorded for their own Svengali record label and for Virgin Records.
